Only boutiques/shops  can become members of Bridalvillage.  All members must have a place of business for the bride & associates to purchase from.

Private sellers are not permitted on bridalvillage.ie.

Bridalvillage reserve the right to refuse a membership.

Brides across the entire country will see your stock. Brides & associates can search just their specific area or the entire country. Brides & associates will usually search by the area they are willing to travel.

Only discounted wedding dresses are allowed to be advertised. Full price bridal & bridesmaid dresses are not permitted. All listed items must be in stock & available to purchase.

Dress photos & details, Shop name, Shop address, Shop phone number, link to shop website, an option to search all your stock on Bridalvillage & an option to email you about that item.

You should try to include as much information as possible and must always include a minimum of one photograph. Tick all of the boxes that best describe your dress or item.

Always make sure you fill in these sections to ensure buyers searching under such categories are directed to your items.

Be honest about the condition of the wedding dress or item . Clicking the correct condition of the dress means the bride is more informed about the dress when coming to purchase. Adding extra details about the condition of the wedding dress or item in the description section is optional.

To ensure accuracy across the site, items may take up to 24 hours Mon-Fri to go live onto bridalvillage.ie

Yes, log into your account, your items will appear, on the bottom right of the item image you will see three icons, click on the first icon with the box & pencil, this will allow you to edit your item or change the photos, click save.

To find a particular item you can also search by item code: type the code into the box marked ‘Search by style code’ & click ‘Search’, your item will appear. Click the Edit icon on the image as per instructions above.

All images must be of good quality.

Images of dresses hanging from rails, doorways or window frames etc  are not permitted.

Good images to use are:  from the designer, on a model, on a mannequin or in the case of accessories must be pleasantly displayed.

*Items with images that are not of good quality will be removed.

No, all items listed must have a quality photo. Images that are not of good quality will be removed.

Immediately after an item has been sold, the boutique must mark it SOLD on Bridalvillage, members who do not do this may have their membership cancelled.

Simply log into your account, images of your items will appear. There are three icons on the bottom right of the image, click on the shopping basket to mark it SOLD. You can also search your items by code, type the code into the box marked ‘Search by style code’ & click search, your item will appear.

Yes, SOLD ITEMS can be replaced with another item, provided the number of items is within your membership option.

You can cancel your membership at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe option in your account details.

Payments are monthly, if you decide to leave part way through a month no further payments will be processed & your items will be removed from the site at the end of that month.

Yes, if a member is not a boutique/shop, the membership will be cancelled with immediate effect, items will be removed immediately and no refund given. A VAT registration number must be provided to bridalvillage within the first month of membership. See Terms & Conditions for further details on membership cancellations.
