1.1. We operate the website We are located in Co. Kildare. acts as an online portal for retailers working in the bridal & fashion area to advertise their stock to customers, namely brides, their relatives, friends & colleagues (known here as brides & associates).  When you enter into a contract for the supply of goods with a retailer advertised on our site, the contract will be between the retailer and the customer. Your continued use of our Services shall be deemed acceptance of our terms & conditions.


2.0 Our Right To Vary These Conditions

2.1 We have the right to revise and amend these Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.

2.2 You will be subject to the latest Conditions in force at the time that you become a Member or which are in force at the time you login to our website or when your membership is automatically renewed, unless any change to these Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.


3.0 Your Account and Personal Information

3.1 Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3.2 When you visit Our Website, you accept responsibility for any action done by any person using your name, account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

3.3 You agree that you have provided accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We are not responsible for any error made as a result of such information being inaccurate.

4.1 offers various Services to help its users find the items they require. These items are wedding related.  The Services we offer include, among others:
We enable individuals seeking items connected to weddings to search for them on the Site, and we enable retailers to advertise items that are wedding related.
We provide a profile of each retailer showing contact details & location.

4.2 For Brides & Associates To purchase a Wedding Dress or Item, you must contact the boutique. We recommend you view & try on the Wedding Dress or item before purchasing. Any purchases made are conducted solely through the retailer/boutique. is not involved in any contract between the buyer & the boutique.

4.3 Certain products advertised on this website may have limited quantities.

4.4 do not sell items of stock. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of the products provided by the retailer.

4.5 Any Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding products should be directed to the retailer/boutique.

4.6 does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by the retailers/advertisers on or off this Site.

4.7 We do not endorse any comments, opinions or reviews made by anyone on our site and we do not review their accuracy or content, but we reserve the right to remove any comments, opinions, reviews or other materials from our site

4.8 We may also provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking that products or services you purchase from third party sellers found on our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller.

4.9.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer, or any other device which you may use to access the site, will accurately depict the colour of items displayed on the site.


5.0 Membership and Membership Renewals

5.1 In order to advertise on you need to register with us as a member. As a Member you must be a retailer with a place of business, ie shop/boutique. Retail members can advertise their stock via our site and brides & associates can search directories on our site to find the items they require.

5.2 If a member is not a boutique/shop, the membership will be cancelled with immediate effect, items will be removed immediately and no refund given.

5.3 A VAT registration number must be provided to within the first month of membership.

5.4 All images uploaded must be of good quality. Items with images that are not of good quality will be removed.

5.5 All items listed must have a minimum of one quality photo uploaded with it

5.6 Immediately after an item has been sold, users must mark this item as SOLD on Members who do not do this may have their membership cancelled and no refund given.

5.7 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5.8 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5.9 We can modify the categories your profile will be seen in, if we feel the categories you have selected are not accurate of your item or we feel this would mislead a visitor when searching in given categories.

5.11 We can remove text from your profile we feel does not accurately describe your company or breaks our terms and conditions.

5.12 We can remove any email addresses, links, phone numbers, mobile phone numbers from your profile text as we feel fit or is used to manipulate the payment process to obtain services your payment package does not allow.

5.13 You can cancel your membership at anytime by emailing with your shop name & login details . Payments are monthly, if you decide to leave part way through a month no further payments will be processed & your items will be removed from the site at the end of that month. Notice of cancellation must be emailed at least 7 working days before next renewal date. An email will be sent to confirm cancellation. Unless you receive this email your subscription is not cancelled & payment will automatically renew at the then current rate for which is not responsible and no refund will be given.

5.14 Until we or you have given the not less than 7 days prior notice to terminate your subscription/ membership at or before the next renewal date, and/or the contract between us is otherwise terminated in accordance with these Conditions, you shall remain liable for the Membership Fee due on any automatic renewals at the then current rate. Termination of this agreement by you or us at any time for any reason will not entitle you to a refund of monies paid. If a member has cancelled their subscription and then chooses to resubscribe, a minimum term of 6 months is implemented whereby the monthly payments are made for 6 months.

  • You may not transfer your Bridalvillage Membership to any other person.
  • We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to modify the Bridalvillage Membership rules or system and to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Bridalvillage Membership after such modifications shall be deemed an acceptance by you to be bound by the terms of the modified agreement.

6.0 Prices

6.1 The price payable for Services that you order is clearly set out on Our Website.

  • Prices stated are exclusive of 23% value added tax. The VAT charge will be applied to your monthly subscription & a VAT invoice will automatically be emailed to you
  • You will pay all sums due to us under this agreement by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.
  • All monies paid by you to us are non-refundable and cancellation and/or termination of this agreement by you or us at any time for any reason will not entitle you to a refund of monies paid.
  • If, by mistake, we have under-priced a Service, we will not be liable to supply that Service to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we provide it to you.


7.0 Uploading Material To Our Site

7.1 Any material you upload to our site will be considered non-proprietary and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material in accordance with these Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property or other rights.

7.2 We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of an materials posted by you or any other user of our website.

7.3   You shall be responsible for the accuracy of your Contributions and for ensuring that  they are current and up to date.

7.4 We have no obligation to you, and undertake no responsibility, to review your Contributions (including user-generated content) to determine whether they may result in any liability to any third party.

8.1 Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

17.2 In order to avoid interruption/disruption to your use of the Website; Subscriptions are made subject to automatic renewals. Should you wish to cancel your automatic renewal you may do so by contacting us via PAID MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL CONTINUE INDEFINITELY UNTIL CANCELLED BY THE USER.



Privacy Policy complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 when dealing with all data received from visitors to the site. We only hold the data necessary to offer services provided on our website. We also keep user data to allow us to contact you in the advent of account withdrawal or new passwords being provided. We only hold personal data for as long as necessary. Once data is no longer needed it is deleted from our files. If you delete your account then all your personal data will be deleted too.

For administrative reasons email subscription data may be passed to and stored securely with third party service providers located outside the EEA (European Economic Area). We regularly email news and information updates to those customers who have specifically subscribed to our email service. All subscription emails sent by us contain clear information on how to unsubscribe from our email service. We never sell, rent or exchange mailing lists. We may however share commercial and technical data with our partners where a customer has accessed and used our website. This data would not be personal data but would be anonymised In accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, we never send bulk unsolicited emails, (popularly known as Spam) to email addresses.

We may send emails to existing customers or prospective customers who have enquired or registered with us, regarding products or services directly provided by us.
